This group is designed for anyone feeling isolated, looking for a deeper sense of community, or a space to talk about anything going on in your life. We are centering our conversations around crafts: bring your own current crafting activities, learn a new craft, or just take advantage of shared colouring books, origami paper, fabric scraps, and yarn. We will keep our hands occupied while we have a chat and discuss mental wellness tools.

Compassionate Friends
A group for parents whose child/children have died.
Compassionate Friends is a support group for parents grieving the death of their child or children. We are a peer support group here to listen to and support each other. Connect-Up Mental Health Peer Support Group. Connect-Up is a community support group, where you can meet up with friends and make new ones, and try life skill activities, games, art and crafts.
Meetings are weekly and include a monthly visit from Thames Stepping Out mental health organisation. Koha for Stepping Out visit is $2, otherwise free.

EDANZ is a charitable organisation of parents who have experience in supporting a loved one with an eating disorder. We provide support, practical advice and understanding for parents and carers so they can help their loved one recover. We also provide education and advocacy for early detection, improvements in recovery outcomes and a clear and accessible pathway to evidence based treatment. We are the only organisation of its kind operating nationally.
