Life Matters Suicide Prevention Trust – bereavement support group
Bereavement support groups led by trained facilitators with lived experience.
The Life Matters Suicide Bereavement Group meets on the first Tuesday of each month (except January) at 5:30pm in Dunedin at the Hope Centre.

Loss and Grief Support Group Kapiti
8 week loss & grief support group in Paraparaumu.
Each term we run a support group for those in the community who have been impacted by loss and/or grief, facilitated by 2 counsellors and has both psychoeducational and therapeutic aspects to it.
Wednesday afternoons from 1:00 -3:00 pm for 8 weeks, located at Kapiti Loss and Grief Centre, 1 Kapiti Road, Paraparaumu.

A peer-led, Christchurch-based charitable trust working in mental health and addictions.
A peer-led, Christchurch-based charitable trust working in the area of mental health and addictions. MHAPS provide a variety of services easily available to people experiencing mental distress/mental illness and addictions including peer support and advocacy, recovery and wellbeing programs, workshops and group support. Mind and Body is a for-peer-by-peer organisation and all staff have lived experience of mental distress or addiction, providing an empathy and understanding of what people may be experiencing. The guiding principle of all their services is that every person is capable of flourishing in life.
