This personal safety plan mobile app allows you to keep a record on your phone of the things you can do and the people you can contact to keep yourself safe if you are feeling really bad. A hard copy version of this personal safety plan is included with the Mental Health Foundation’s “Having Suicidal Thoughts” booklet which can be downloaded or can be ordered below.
The App version of the personal safety plan was developed as a collaboration between the Mental Health Foundation and the Suicide Prevention team at Counties Manukau District Health Board.
