ThroughBlue
Support group for women with experience of depression.
ThroughBlue is a structured, ongoing peer support group with facilitators (group size up to 16), which offers quick help at a low cost, to which members can self-refer.
The service is open to all Greater Wellington women with experience of depression. The cost to attend meetings is $10 waged, $5 unwaged.

A peer support group for adults bereaved by suicide. All welcome. We meet monthly, on the second Wednesday of each month, 7–9pm, in the Youth Room of the Newlands Community Centre.
