Fixate is a Facebook-based New Zealand support group for people living with OCD, and for those who support someone with OCD. Bipolar Support Group at DRIVE Consumer Direction
A support group in south Auckland for people managing life with bipolar disorder.
The Bipolar Support group meets on the first Friday of the month at DRIVE from 10am to 12pm and on the third Tuesday of the month from 7pm to 9pm on zoom. Contact them for the link on: counties.bipolar@gmail.com
The group is run by, and for people with lived experience of bipolar. Share your challenges and offer support to others with your experience, strength and hope. People who do not have lived experience of bipolar may only attend if they come with someone who does experience symptoms of bipolar.

A group for parents whose child/children have died.
Compassionate Friends is a support group for parents grieving the death of their child or children. We are a peer support group here to listen to and support each other. Eating Disorders Association of New Zealand
Family support for those with loved ones with eating disorders.
EDANZ is a charitable organisation of parents who have experience in supporting a loved one with an eating disorder. We provide support, practical advice and understanding for parents and carers so they can help their loved one recover. We also provide education and advocacy for early detection, improvements in recovery outcomes and a clear and accessible pathway to evidence based treatment. We are the only organisation of its kind operating nationally.
