Hope and Healing is an online, lived experienced support group for those fighting an Eating Disorder.
Hope and Healing is a lived experienced support group for those fighting an Eating Disorder. These groups are hosted by Genevieve Mora and Millie Thomas both who have fought their own battles with an Eating Disorder. These groups run fortnightly on Zoom and are open to anyone who is fighting an Eating Disorder regardless of diagnosis or not. These support groups provide a safe environment for people to share, ask questions, challenge their eating disorders and find hope.

Kenzie’s Gift is a charity which supports the mental health of children and young people affected by serious illness or bereavement, ensuring they can live happy and fulfilled lives. Giving children and young people the coping mechanisms they need to deal with the anxiety, grief and loss experienced when a member of their family is affected by serious illness or passes away.
We have registered child and family psychotherapists who provide evidence-based one-to-one support, and offer a suite of printed and online resources for both children and parents.

Mother's Helpers
Supporting mums under stress.
Mother's Helpers provides a free initial appointment and low-cost counselling and group therapy throughout the country to help women recover from depression/anxiety during pregnancy or postnatally. They have free services available in some cases.
Mother's Helpers accepts pregnant women or women with children up to four years of age, and have an antenatal course available to both parents to assist with preparing psychologically for one of the biggest transitions of their lives: becoming a parent.

Overeaters Anonymous (OA) is a fellowship of individuals who, through shared experience, strength, and hope, are recovering from compulsive overeating. We welcome everyone who wants to stop eating compulsively.
There are no dues or fees for members; we are self- supporting through our own contributions, neither soliciting nor accepting outside donations.
OA is not affiliated with any public or private organization, political movement, ideology, or religious doctrine; we take no position on outside issues. Our primary purpose is to abstain from compulsive eating and compulsive food behaviors and to carry the message of recovery through the Twelve Steps of OA.
