I haven’t told them, they haven’t asked

A quarter of New Zealanders currently have poor levels of mental and emotional wellbeing, including nearly a third of women, according ot this study commissioned by the Mental Health Foundation. 

The study, conducted by global research company Ipsos, provides an insight into the wellbeing of New Zealanders and was administered at the end of 2020, following nearly a year of living through the COVID-19 pandemic. 

The report also looks at what New Zealanders do to maintain their wellbeing and perceptions surrounding the level of support they receive of their mental and emotional wellbeing.
