Terms and conditions for NZ Mental Health Foundation's contests or giveaways are stated here.

Supporter Survey 2025

To be eligible, you must complete the Mental Health Foundation – Supporter Survey by 5pm, Wednesday 1st October 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

A complete survey that is submitted will be deemed one entry and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The winner will be chosen by the Mental Health Foundation (MHF) staff members in accordance with these Terms and Conditions by 5pm, Wednesday 1st October. All decisions are final.

Employees of the MHF or anyone else connected with the prize events are not eligible to win the prize.

The prize winner will be notified via email and contacted by an MHF staff member.

The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The winners may be required for promotional activity.

If, by Wednesday 15th October by 5pm, the prize winner has not claimed or responded to MHF staff with the necessary contact details to allow the prize to be distributed, they will no longer be eligible to receive their prize and will be subject to a redraw.

The MHF accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed, misdirected, incomplete, cannot be entered, or for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery in any of the events is not proof of acceptance by the MHF.

The MHF accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred by you as a result of entering the Mental Health Foundation Supporter Survey competition or accepting of a prize, including any damage to your or any other person’s technical devices eg. computer or phone, resulting from participation in the Mental Health Foundation Supporter Survey competition.

The MHF shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect of the competition.

2024 Pink Shirt Day Book Giveaway

  1. The Mental Health Foundation (MHF) 2024 Pink Shirt Day Book Giveaway is open to open to all residents of New Zealand.
  2. To be eligible to go into the draw to win a copy of ‘Little Ruby & friends’, send us an email to library@mentalhealth.org.nz and name the age group this book is written for, before 5pm on 17 April 2024. This will be deemed one entry and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Winners will be chosen by MHF staff members in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  4. All decisions are final.
  5. Employees of the MHF or anyone else connected with the prize events are not eligible to win the prizes.
  6. Entries received after the indicated closing date will not be considered.
  7. The prize winners will be contacted by an MHF staff member.
  8. Each prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  9. The winners may be required for promotional activity.
  10. If prize winners do not provide MHF staff with shipping details within two weeks of being contacted, they will no longer be eligible to receive their prize and will be subject to a redraw.
  11. The MHF will take care of any personal information that you supply as described in our privacy policy.
  12. The MHF accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed, misdirected, incomplete, cannot be entered or for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery in any of these events is not proof of acceptance by the MHF.
  13. The MHF accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred by you as a result of entering the 2024 Pink Shirt Day Book Giveaway competition or accepting of a prize. The MHF further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s technical devices (eg a number of devices including computer and phones) relating to or resulting from participation in the 2024 Pink Shirt Day Book Giveaway.
  14. The MHF shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect of competition.
