Read the terms and conditions for contests, giveaways, prizes and promotions run by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand.

The Mental Health Foundation โ€“ Workplace Wellbeing Subscriber Survey

  • To be eligible, you must complete the Mental Health Foundation โ€“ Workplace Wellbeing Subscriber Survey by 5pm, Monday 27 July 2026. Responses received after this time will not be entered into the draw.
  • A completed survey that is submitted will be deemed one entry and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • The winner will be chosen by the Mental Health Foundation (MHF) staff members in accordance with these Terms and Conditions by 5pm, Tuesday 28 July 2026. All decisions are final.
  • The prize winner will be notified via the email provided and contacted by an MHF staff member.
  • If the prize winner has not responded to MHF staff accepting the prize by 5pm, Monday 3 August, they will no longer be eligible to receive their prize and will be subject to a redraw.
  • Employees of the MHF or anyone else connected with the prize events are not eligible to win the prize.
  • The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  • The winners may be required for promotional activity.
  • The MHF will take care of any personal information that you supply as described in our privacy policy.
  • The MHF accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed, misdirected, incomplete, cannot be entered, or for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery in any of the events is not proof of acceptance by the MHF.
  • The MHF accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, or injury incurred as a result of entering the Mental Health Foundation Workplace Wellbeing Subscriber Survey competition or accepting of a prize. The MHF further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other personโ€™s technical devices relating to or resulting from participation in the survey.
  • The MHF shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect of the competition.
