Join our Digital Marketing Team!

This redesigned role sits within the Digital Marketing team, who work on our websites, social media, Salesforce database, eDMs, and general data administration. This is an engaged, highly skilled, but equally very collaborative and supportive team, who have many unique talents outside of digital marketing.

We are looking for someone who can bring their experience and skill in Salesforce database management, and all things data (privacy, cleaning, training, system improvements) to the team. The Platform Specialist will be the CRM super user and manage our Salesforce database,and oversee data accuracy, and the effective use of systems and platforms. This role has no direct reports but plays a crucial role in supporting internal teams within the organisation to meet their database needs.

 

What you will do

  • Oversee MHF’s Salesforce database, ensuring data accuracy and security, and improving processes.
  • Develop and implement database policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support for internal staff on the CRM and database functionalities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and super user for CRM systems.
  • Conduct regular database audits and ensure data consistency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet their database needs
  • Manage web forms and online data collection tools integrated with the database

You will have

  • Proven experience in Salesforce platform management.
  • Strong understanding of database policies and data privacy regulations.
  • Ability to train and support internal stakeholders on a database they may know nothing about.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data integration tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The salary band for this role is $74,000 - $84,000 and will be commensurate with the successful candidate's skills and experience.
