We're on the lookout for a Data Analyst to join our Digital Marketing team for 12 months as parental leave cover! In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring our fundraising and marketing teams have accurate, insightful data to inform their decisions. You will ensure our donor records are clean, track trends, support campaigns with accurate data. You'll also oversee donation processing, financial reconciliations, and reporting—helping us engage with our supporters in meaningful ways.

What You Will Do

  • Build and maintaining data tracking systems in Salesforce
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy, performing quality checks
  • Track key metrics, create reports and dashboards that drive informed decision-making
  • Handle imports, exports, and relevant financial reconciliations to ensure our records are always up to date.
  • Accurately process and reconcile donations, ensuring donors receive the right receipts and acknowledgments, while keeping financial records audit-ready.
  • Work closely with Fundraising, Marketing, Finance, and external partners to ensure seamless data operations.

What You Will Bring to the Role:

  • Knowledge and experience working with data, CRM systems, and financial reconciliation – Salesforce experience is a bonus!
  • Understanding and knowledge of financial processes and terminology
  • An eye for accuracy and detail—you know that small errors can have big impacts
  • Confidence communicating clearly and effectively with a wide range of people.
  • Existing knowledge of and willingness to grow and extend knowledge of Te Ao Māori and Te Reo Māori.

The salary band for this role is $66,000 - $76,000 and will be commensurate with the successful candidate's skills and experience.
