This factsheet offers guidance on how to talk about mental health and suicide in the media and during campaign stops, debates, community meetings and on social media. We want to help you talk about these critical public health issues with a sense of hope, energy and optimism, and avoid causing harm to people in Aotearoa who may be listening.
