Stepping out of the Shadows
Stepping out of the Shadows: insights into self-stigma and madness, is a collection of articles, essays and personal accounts about self-stigma associated with mental illness. Those who contributed to the book include: Mary O’Hagan, Dr Lynne Pere, Anne Helm, Vito Malo, Dean Manley, Ivan Yeo, Sarah O’Connor, Dennis Duerr, Niki Smith, Ruth Jackson and Alex Barnes.
