If you need further support in navigating the tools and services available, you can contact our Enquiries Service. We don't offer a counselling or clinical service, neither can we recommend GPs or counsellors, but we can point you in the right direction to get help from the supports and services available in your area.

We also assist those who are interested in and/or work in the mental health sector to find books, research and resources to help with professional practice, tertiary studies and relevant projects.

Get in touch

If you would like to speak with our Enquiries Service about where to find information about mental health and wellbeing, you can call, email, or send us a message through our Contact Form. Please tell us where you are in Aotearoa New Zealand so we can make sure we can connect you with local supports and services.

We are not a crisis service. If you or someone you know needs urgent help, please see our Get help now page
