We created these resources to help promote changes to attitudes and behaviours, policies, systems and laws to support better mental health outcomes for everyone. Some resources are aimed at politicians, while others are for the public or media.  

No matter the audience, we hope you’ll find our resources both educational and actionable. You can use all of our resources for free, including for any advocacy or educational work you may be undertaking.

Resources from the 2023 election

For the 2023 election, the Mental Health Foundation released a number of educational resources aimed at politicians, MPs and other decision-makers and policymakers. These resources talked to the state of the current mental health system; what needed to change; and how progress could be achieved by taking tangible, actionable steps towards change.
