Administration and Support Staff

We're seeking two people with remarkable administration and office support skills to join our Finance and Admin team. These roles provide professional reception, administrative support and secretarial services to our MHF team. The role reports to the Finance & Administration Manager.
Experience organising travel and meeting logistics along with the ability to plan ahead and assist with project administration requirements is necessary. Being proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint is essential and being tech savvy is a real advantage.
Experience of working within an NGO will be an advantage as will having an understanding of this organisation, the services and the environment in which the MHF operates. You will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including:
Answering incoming calls
Meeting and greeting visitors
Booking travel and accommodation
Organising meetings, catering and support for events coordination
Collating reports
Creating presentations
Accurate recording and distribution of minutes of meetings
Administrative support for the programme design and delivery and engagement teams
Back up support for others in the administration team.
