Our resources provide workplace leaders with the tools to create cultures that enhance and protect people’s mental health, and supports them to open up the conversation about mental health challenges in the workplace. Good mental health leads to better engagement, reduced absenteeism and higher productivity, while improving people’s wellbeing, morale and job satisfaction.

We provide a range of free resources to support workplaces to improve their wellbeing at individual, team and systems levels, with a focus on creating psychologically safe, supportive and strong environments, and people. Practical, evidence-based information and engaging activities help workplaces and their people to develop a shared understanding of mental health, identify opportunities to protect and enhance mental wellbeing, and take positive action.
