Prior to joining the MHF, Kirsty worked for many years in communications roles in the not-for-profit sector, including at the Heart Foundation and Child Cancer Foundation, and as a communications consultant for government agencies and other health, sport and corporate organisations.
Kirsty has a Post-graduate Diploma in journalism from the University of Canterbury and a BA in history and english from Massey University.
When not at work, Kirsty loves being with her family and their assortment of pets, spending time with friends, at the beach or curled up with a good book.
