If you have experienced mental distress or illness at some point in your life, there may come a time when you feel ready to kōrero about it. Sharing your story can inspire others in a similar situation to find a way through. It’s also one of the best ways we can challenge the negative judgements and discrimination those of us who’ve experienced mental health challenges can face.
