In today’s ever-changing world, many situations create uncertainty for us. From huge things like climate change and the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic to more individual circumstances like work and whānau/family pressures.

These uncertainties add up and can have an impact on our mental health and general wellbeing. But the more resilient you are, the better you will be able to manage life’s challenges.

In this 2.5-hour workshop, we will use evidence-based strategies to help you learn to build your resilience and maintain your wellbeing.

The training is delivered via Zoom. To get the most out of the session, you will need: a stable internet connection, your own device with a microphone and camera.

The Stress, Resilience and Wellbeing online workshop is free to attend, however each workshop is limited to a maximum of five participants from a single organisation.
