Eating Disorders Carers Support
Support for all carers of people with eating disorders or disordered eating.
Eating Disorders Carer Support is a New Zealand/Aotearoa registered non-profit charitable trust which supports all carers of people with eating disorders or disordered eating.
EDCS provides Lived Experience Peer support, educational materials, community awareness and advocacy at all levels.
We believe that recovery is possible and achievable at all ages and all stages.

FASD-CAN – Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Care Action Network
Supporting individuals and families of those with FASD.
Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder is a permanent brain injury, in Aotearoa, it’s estimated to affect up to 60,000 children under the age of 18. It’s estimated to be more common than autism, Down syndrome and cerebral palsy combined.
Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Care Action Network is a collective of parents, caregivers and professionals.
FASD-CAN helps those impacted by FASD to live their best lives through their website, training, webinars, Facebook page, online groups for Parents, Professionals and Carers, support ‘Navigators’ who directly support whānau and run face-to-face support groups around the motu.

A support group for friends and families of people with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
Fixate is a Facebook-based New Zealand support group for people living with OCD, and for those who support someone with OCD. GROW Mental Health Community
GROW offers a supportive environment to help those who struggle to live well in the world.
GROW Mental Health are a community mental health movement with groups suitable for people recovering from mental illness, anyone suffering a crisis, and for those who need support to self-manage their daily lives. We offer friendship and support at weekly 12-step group meetings that are open to all. Members have been in your shoes and know how you feel. Self referral, no fees, however a small donation to meet group expenses is usual though voluntary.
