Managing all sorts of emotions in tough or uncertain times
When everything seems like it’s piling up, it’s normal to feel all sorts.
About us
Tough times can take a toll on our wellbeing. We might be feeling all sorts of emotions right now but with the support of friends, whānau, our community and those we love, we can get through this like we’ve done before.

We’ve built the All Sorts programme around five key ingredients for psychosocial wellbeing:
- Hope
- Agency
- Connection
- Calm
- Safety
We’ve done this with the aim of giving you hope that your community is taking steps every day to look after you, your whānau and each other; reminding you of the things you can do to look after yourself and those you love, and bringing back some agency and control.
This site has been developed by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand and is funded by Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora.
Kei roto i te pōuri, te marama e whiti ana. Through perseverance and hope, we will overcome.
