Bay of Plenty Growing Through Grief
The Growing Through Grief Service offers programmes for children, young people and adults who are experiencing change, loss and grief in their lives.
The Seasons for Growth programme aims to strengthen the social and emotional wellbeing of those attending following significant loss and change, and to support individuals to adapt to what they are experiencing.
Programmes are available in Tararua, Central Hawke’s Bay, Te Matau-a-Māui, Tairāwhiti, Ōpōtiki, Whakatāne, Rotorua, Taupō, Tauranga and Te Puke

You are most welcome to come along and be part of this supportive group and/or receive our monthly newsletter. We also offer WAVES which is a grief education program that aims to support adults bereaved by suicide in their understanding and management of grief and development of resilience. Riverlight suicide support group
Support after the loss of a loved one to suicide.
Providing hope and inspiration to those coping with the suicide of a loved one, bringing people together in a warm, caring environment.
Meetings are held in Bowentown on the first Saturday of each month at 9.30–11:30.
