This role will support the Mental Health Foundation’s Peer-to-Peer Event team implement key fundraising initiatives to drive event fundraiser and donor acquisition, retention and growth. Your key focus is to provide high-level support and implementation for Peer-to-Peer fundraising events ensuring all participants have an exceptional fundraising journey and supporting them to meet their goals.
You’ll be across the details, but you’ll also see the big picture and appreciate how important it is that anyone who chooses to fundraise for the Mental Health Foundation has a valuable and rewarding experience from the first moment they decide to set themselves a challenge. We want them to feel appreciated and valued and continue to have the Mental Health Foundation as their charity of choice, long after their first fundraising experience is complete.
With your experience in fundraising you’ll thrive on relationship building and you love picking up the phone and having a chat with people about their motivations and their fundraising goals. You’ll do this with sensitivity and maturity and in a way that always respects people’s varied backgrounds, cultures and life experiences.

The salary range for this position is $63,000 - $73,000 and will be commensurate with the successful candidate's skills and experience for the role. Applicants for this role must have NZ Residency or a valid Work Visa.
